ONE-ON-ONE INTEGRATION GUIDANCE
Integration can help you break long-standing habits and patterns that no longer serve you, and help you replace them with positive — even profound, change.
I can help you feel comfortable, supported, and safe before your experience, by explaining how to work with the medicine, and showing you how to navigate when things get intense.
We'll work together to integrate and explore the insights you receive, into your daily life. The experience can be truly transformative when you are unafraid to look at everything revealed to you and work to make the changes you want to see in your life.
As your guide, I'll help you integrate the "beautiful" experiences as well as the "dark" ones. When it comes to working with plant medicine, it is important to understand that there are no "bad" experiences, if approached properly. These are just the experiences you were meant to have.
Each experience offers insights and opportunities for personal growth, healing, and wisdom. Integration can help you reach a higher level of consciousness and self-expression.
NOTE: For all you creatively-minded spirits out there, art meditations can be incorporated into the integration process at no additional cost.
They can also be requested as stand-alone sessions at the cost of a single session. Art meditation is a powerful tool for finding deeper meaning, with or without a psychedelic experience and/or other non-ordinary transformational experiences, like sound healing, breath work, Reiki, etc.

With a single session we can talk about anything you want. It could be a pre-medicine prep call or an integration call, whatever you need. I am happy to assist you wherever you are in your process!
INITIAL INTEGRATION PACKAGE
Session 1: Prep Call
I'll help you set intentions and explain how to maximize the benefit you receive. I'll answer any questions you have, so you're ready for what's ahead. This call is scheduled approximately one week prior to your journey or experience.
Session 2: Post-Call
This call is scheduled within 48 hours of returning from the experience. I'll check in with you and see how you are feeling mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. We'll begin to talk about what was revealed to you. You'll start to transcribe your experience or journal about it.
Session 3: Transcript/Journal
We'll begin to review your transcript or journal and dive into the process of integration. This call is scheduled after you complete your transcript or feel complete with how you have journaled the experience. You can literally change your mind, creating new ways of thinking and being.
Session 4: Integration
We'll continue to review your transcript or journal and further the process of integration. Together we'll identify themes and patterns that might not be obvious. Here, you will begin to make the change you want to see in your life.
