MY STORY
From the very start of my life, I was faced with challenge and resilience. As an infant, I wore metal leg braces to correct severe bow-leggedness — a painful process that shaped my earliest experience of the world. Though I don’t consciously remember it, I
later came to understand how that preverbal trauma of pain and lack of soothing left deep emotional imprints.

I struggled with depression, low self-esteem, and feelings of
unworthiness, compounded by family challenges. After decades of struggle, real
change began — first through nutritional healing, and later through my first
psychedelic retreat. That retreat was a turning point: a profound awakening where I
felt deeply connected to nature, the universe, and my true self.
But the most powerful transformation came afterward, through integration. With the
support of my integration coach, I was able to embody the insights from the
psychedelic journey and translate them into lasting healing and life changes. That
experience ignited my calling: to guide others through their own journeys of healing,
discovery, and integration.
Today, as an Integration Coach, I help people not only navigate their experiences but
also ground them — turning insights into real transformation. Because while trauma
and suffering are part of being human, they also open the door to growth, resilience,
and expanded consciousness.
It’s my mission to walk alongside others as they step through that doorway — helping
them find meaning, healing, and wholeness.
Sincerely,
Hillary
