Heal, Discover, create
About me
"She's a great listener." "Perceptive and compassionate." "Calm, present, and welcoming." These are the comments I've received from people who have known me for years and who have worked with me on different projects. Having lived many decades, I'm not a newbie when it comes to life's trials, tribulations, AND possibilities. I've been through a lot, with some childhood trauma, family troubles, and challenges at work, in my career, and in my health.
AND -- I've come out the other side. So I get it. Whatever you're going through, I have ZERO judgment. For my entire career, I've supported people through being in a role of service -- from healthcare, to the world of art and design, and now plant medicine and spirit.
I've discovered new levels of what's possible, and I'm all in to be of service to you. Consider me a kind, caring, and steady guide to help you listen to yourself, and find the courage and insights to step into who you REALLY are.

integration Services
Many people are receiving incredible insights and revelations with the help of plant medicine and/or meditation. Without integration, the wisdom and benefits revealed through the experience can be temporary and fleeting. The experience can also leave you feeling off-balance, unmoored, and even more splintered than before when you don't receive proper guidance.
Integration, which begins with preparation for an experience, is about setting intentions, learning how to work with the medicine for maximum benefit, and then processing, assimilating, and embodying the information and insights revealed, making them lasting and permanent.
You will explore the meaning of what was revealed, examine self-realizations and directives, and then decide for yourself what to keep and what to let go.
Integration is about mining the gold from your experience and helping the body and mind acclimate to a new level of consciousness.
